Basic Needs Data from NANC

The Nonprofit Alliance of Northeast Connecticut, through the ACCESS Community Action Agency, contracted for a profile of principal socio-economic factors that affect community development in Tolland and Windham counties. The Introduction to the Data Sets provides an indication of the materials included in each file.

We cannot state too strongly the importance of saving a back-up and/or archival copy of each file you start to work with. Due to the flexibility of the Pivot Tables, they also have the potential to get out of their initial organization, and become more confusing than helpful.

The final file is from a session that describes the files more thoroughly, and provides some elementary training in using spreadsheets in general: DataSnap training.
