Orlando Rodriguez, Manager

     Orlando Rodriguez, Manager and Demographer, is the Primary Contact for CtSDC.   He is responsible for all aspects of the state and town population projections for Connecticut. He has authored or contributed to various publications in the CtSDC Reports folder.
     Orlando has a B.S. in Geology from Louisiana State University and an M.A. in Geography from Ohio State University.

Jill Coghlan, Data Librarian

     Jill Coghlan has been CtSDC Data Librarian since July 2006. In the first half of 2007, she surveyed Group Quarters data for Connecticut. She assumed Webmaster responsibilities in April 2007.
     She was engineering information specialist for the Sun Microsystems Library in Burlington, MA for eight years, before transitioning to Project Manager for a Software team developing a high-end server interconnect.
     Jill graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a BA in American History and a minor in mathematics. She holds an MA from the College of William and Mary and an MLS from SUNY/Albany.
